So after you’ve selected your favourite products and are ready to check out, what’s next? We take you through Corium’s easy courier and delivery system so you have peace of mind.
AFTER I’VE ADDED ALL THE PRODUCTS I WANT IN THE CART AND PROCEED TO CHECK OUT, WHAT’S NEXT?
When you place an online order, follow the easy payment prompts – you can either pay directly via the store using your bank card information, or through an EFT. If you choose the EFT option, make sure that you send proof of payment to email@example.com and quote the relevant order/reference number so your order can be processed.
Once the order has been processed, Corium will send you an email stating that payment was received and your order is being put together by our hard-working elves.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY PACKAGE IS ON IT’S WAY TO ME?
Corium will also send you another email once our elves have nicely packaged and sent your goodies to our couriers, The Courier Guy. It’s very important to write your full physical address so that the delivery guys know exactly where to send your goodies.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Our delivery timeframe is 2-7 working days. We start to count delivery timeframe from the date the payment reflects on our bank statement. Weekends are not counted. We work according to three dispatch days during the week, which are every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THERE IS A DELAY?
If Corium experiences any exceptions to the above, we will contact you to make an alternative arrangement, but will always endeavour to ensure your products are delivered in the shortest possible timeframe.
