Stretchmarks and cellulite came out tops as a skin concern for most of our clients during our Twitter chat. Here, we have useful tips to tackle those problem areas using Corium Skincare products.

One of the best ways to get rid of cellulite – and even reduce the appearance of stretchmarks over time – is through exfoliation. The aim is to buff away dead skin cells because the skin is forever ageing, so what’s on the surface is the oldest part. Invest in a loofah, pumice stone and Corium scrubs. Aim to exfoliate your whole body at least three times a week.
The importance of water cannot be over-emphasised. You have to not only drink 2 litres of water every day, but eat fruits and veggies because they have natural juices that are very good for the skin. Refined sugars and fatty foods don’t help. A more hydrated you = glowing and radiant skin.

4. Use shea butter

5. practise patience
